STUDIO ELEVEN X THE MENTAL HEALTH ASSOCIATION OF SALINE COUNTY!!! We are coming together with The Mental Health Association of Saline County to host a Yoga/Pilates infusion class right here in Marshall, MO. All proceeds from this event will be given to the Mental Health Association in hopes to bring awareness to Mental Health and Su***de Prevention in our community. This event will be Saturday September 26th, at the tennis courts that we are so grateful to be able to use from the Indian Foothills Park and Rec. Registration begins at 7:30 AM, class will begin at 8 AM. You can either pay $10 for a “are you okay today shirt” and get into class for free, or if you do not want to purchase a shirt, class will cost $10 (CASH ONLY!!!!). All of this will be donated directly to the organization. We will also be accepting any extra donations that people want to make. Bring a friend, bring a smile, make sure you have a mat/towel and something to keep you hydrated. This class will be suitable for all ages and exercise levels. 🧘🏻‍♀️☮️
