🐟 TEAM CATFISH — Golden, crispy, fried to perfection. The kind of fish that makes you forget it’s Friday and not Sunday dinner.

🐷 TEAM BBQ — Smoky, saucy, finger-lickin’ goodness. Because some people believe fish belongs in the water, not on their dinner plate. 😂

🥩 If brisket is your favorite BBQ meat, what does that say about your personality?

Well, we’re glad you asked. We’ve been studying brisket people for years, and we’ve reached a few conclusions. 😂

🥩 You have sophisticated taste. But you’re perfectly comfortable eating off a paper plate with sauce on your chin.

🥩 You’re loyal. You’ve been ordering the same thing for 15 years, but you still look at the menu just to be polite.

🥩 You’re a good judge of character. You can usually tell when somebody’s full of baloney. Or serving dry brisket.

🥩 You appreciate patience and hard work. You know anything worth doing is worth doing right. You also have absolutely no patience for people who drive under the speed limit.

🥩 You’re generous… to a point. You’ll give somebody the shirt off your back, but that last slice of brisket is NOT up for discussion.

🥩 You’re confident, not arrogant. You don’t think you’re better than everybody else. Just people who order their brisket well-done. 😂

Our conclusion? Brisket people are loyal, a little stubborn, have excellent taste, and aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty.

Seriously. We love tacos. Big fans.

But they’ve had Tuesday in a chokehold for long enough.

So we have a proposal:

Move Taco Tuesday to Monday. 🌮
We’re closed anyway.

Tuesday belongs to the tenderloin.

Big. Crispy. Golden. Hanging off the bun like Tuesday was made for it.
