We brought a little island magic to Neptune Marina and turned up the heat! 🔥🍍

From tropical vibes and festive fun to FIREEEE dancers lighting up the night 🔥🌺, this luau was one for the books!

And just when we thought we’d seen it all… residents took over the floor and showed us how they do the HAKA! 🗣️🔥 Talk about bringing the mana!

Good food, big energy, island spirit, and a community that knows how to have a good time.

The round pool became the center of the action as dancers brought the energy and had everyone stopping to watch (and maybe even join in). REDKÄ’ kept the soundtrack flowing all afternoon, making it impossible not to smile, dance, or linger a little longer.

The Fourth of July barbecue had every classic favorite covered, while Luxe Bites | BEST CHARCUTERIE BOARD DELIVERY & EVENT CATERING spoiled everyone with an incredible lineup of treats—from shave ice and fresh fruit cups to churros and just about every sweet craving in between.

Residents added a little extra sparkle with hair gems, captured memories at the AI photo booth, and spent the afternoon making the most of a celebration designed for everyone—from the youngest family members to longtime neighbors.

Great food. Great music. Great people. That’s the Circa formula, and somehow it gets even better every year.

Here’s to another Independence Day filled with community, connection, and memories worth celebrating. ❤️🤍💙

From the moment Denise Zavala and REDKÄ’ set the soundtrack for the day, the pool transformed into a full-on summer celebration. Residents cooled off with our signature open bar, posed in the Americana photo booth, picked up custom souvenirs, and enjoyed a classic backyard barbecue stacked with burgers and hot dogs.

There were fresh coconuts to sip, friendship bracelets to swap, hair bedazzlement for a little extra sparkle, and even atmosphere models on roller skates cruising through the party with ice cream and hand fans to keep everyone cool.

It wasn’t just about celebrating the holiday—it was about celebrating community. Watching neighbors connect, laugh, and make memories together is what these events are all about.

Super Bowl Sunday at KURVE was one for the books. The Klubhouse was PACKED. Nothing beats watching the big game surrounded by neighbors and friends. Huge shoutout to Basil Pizza Bar and Luxe Bites for keeping us well-fed — the treats were next level and did not disappoint. 🍕🍪

And let’s talk about that halftime show… Bad Bunny absolutely brought the house down. Beyond the performance, the message hit home. In a time where the world can feel divided, it was a reminder we all needed: the only thing bigger than hate is love. ❤️

Still floating from our whimsical Nutcracker night at Kurve on Wilshire! 💫🎄 From breakdancing nutcrackers to ballerinas spinning on pointe — and yes, even an aerial performer dancing on a beam — the entire evening felt like stepping into a real-life holiday fairytale.

Residents mixed, mingled, and indulged in the most decadent dessert table curated by Luxe Bites, while specialty cocktails kept spirits bright at the bar. 🍸✨ DJ Twist dropped the bells, beats, and merry magic all night long.
