❤️ A HUGE SHOUTOUT TO MY BAY BOUNCE CREW! ❤️

Today was one of THOSE days. You know, the kind where if something could go wrong, it probably did. 😂🤦‍♀️

From inflatables that didn’t quite fit where they were supposed to (but somehow, y’all MADE them fit 💪), to multiple trips back and forth to the warehouse, loading and unloading what felt like a GAZILLION 50-pound sandbags, flat tires, generators that decided they weren’t interested in working today, and Mother Nature throwing in some torrential downpours just for good measure. 🌧️🙄

And despite ALL of that… EVERY. SINGLE. EVENT. was delivered and set up ON TIME! 🙌🎉

I know today has been long. I know it’s been exhausting. I know there have been plenty of frustrating moments, and I’m sure a few choice words have been thrown around along the way. 😂

But not once did you let those challenges stop you from getting the job done.

I see how hard you work. I see the extra effort, the problem-solving, the heavy lifting (literally!), and the determination to make sure our customers have the best possible experience, even when things behind the scenes are anything but smooth.

Our customers get to see the finished product — the bounce houses, the slides, the smiling faces, and the fun. What they don’t always see is everything it takes to make that happen.

But I see it. And I appreciate every single one of you more than you know. ❤️

And the craziest part? THEY’RE STILL OUT THERE GETTING IT DONE! 💪

Their day started early this morning, and it won’t be over until around 11 PM tonight. That’s a LONG day of physical labor, problem-solving, and pushing through one obstacle after another.

And while most people are home relaxing tonight, my crew is still out there working to make sure every last detail is taken care of.

That’s dedication. That’s work ethic. And that’s something I will NEVER take for granted. ❤️

A business is only as good as the people who help make it run, and I’m incredibly grateful for the crew I have standing beside me.

Thank you for showing up, pushing through, figuring it out, and getting it DONE. I hope each of you knows just how much you’re appreciated, not just today, but every single day.

You guys absolutely ROCK, and I couldn’t do this without you! 💪❤️

❤️ Proud of my crew. Grateful for their hard work. And blessed to have them as part of Bay Bounce! ❤️
