Flock-n-Surprise Since August '07 we've been flocking yards and businesses with smiles and laughter in the Tampa Bay area.

Since August '07 we've been sneaking into the yards of unsuspecting recipients and leaving a surprise on the lawn for the entire neighborhood to enjoy!
