This summer, the ConferenceSource team celebrated top talent with an unforgettable incentive trip through Tuscany — from the Renaissance streets of Florence to the vineyards of Montalacino. The journey began at with a welcome party in the city’s largest private garden. Thank you to our friend Nino, , for gifting our guests handmade leather shoes and to Ricardo and his family of Ceramiche d' Arte Parrini for creating the most beautiful hand painted ceramics for our winners. Our guests also enjoyed the delicious tastes of Florence with a curated tour from Lisa from Under the Tuscan sun.

In Florence, the group immersed themselves in art, architecture, and local charm before heading to Badia a Passignano in Chianti for a tour and Michelin-starred meal at Osteria di Passignano. The adventure continued to the breathtaking Rosewood Castiglion del Bosco in the Tuscan countryside.

Thank you and for the exceptional hospitality. Shoutout to for the vintage car experience and to cooking classes, and truffle hunting. Grazie — we can’t wait to return!

We’re excited share another successful launch meeting, this time in New Orleans, LA! The ConferenceSource team traveled to New Orleans the week before the Super Bowl and wow, was it an experience!
 
were our gracious hosts for the week and created a welcoming experience for our clients. Fun fact: they also hosted Snoop Dog and Lady Gaga, who we caught glimpses of in the lobby! 👀
 
We kicked off the week with an awards dinner at House of Blues New Orleans, complete with a second line march from the hotel through the French quarter. The attendees had a blast.
 
The ballroom was decked out in specialty linens from , spectacular florals from , and a stunning stage back drop complete with fleur-de-lis. Very on brand for NOLA! We’re incredibly thankful for our production partners at for helping us curate an engaging and well-produced meeting.
 
The week concluded with an Eras themed party (no, not Taylor Swift’s eras 😉) on the Steamboat Natchez. set the vibe with the perfect bluesy-rock-funk sound, the tables included novelties from different decades, the candy table represented candy from the decade it was released, and sunglasses provided one of our most popular gift experiences to date!
 
New Orleans was the perfect backdrop for a group meeting, and we’re looking forward to returning in a few months!

We are coming off a BUSY January and are excited to share everything we’ve been working on! The ConferenceSource team left the chilly Colorado weather and headed to sunny La Jolla, CA for our first meeting of 2025. Estancia La Jolla was an exceptional host for the week, boasting a beautiful property, great service, and a prime location. ☀️
 
We partnered with Heron Productions throughout the planning process and we can’t thank them enough for being such an amazing partner. The production for this meeting was top tier! 👏🏼
 
The week started with an Allbirds gift experience during registration and it was a huge success! Our client’s meeting theme was “Soar Higher” and Allbirds were the perfect gift to tie it all together. Thank you to our partners at Cultivate for helping us bring our vision to life! 🦅
 
Outside of the daily meetings, the group enjoyed themselves at a beach themed Welcome Reception and a cooking team building competition. Thanks to Pacific Event Productions for providing the beautiful décor and florals at the Welcome Reception and to Hello! California for facilitating one of the best team building activities to date! 🌊🏄‍♀️
 
Overall, it was a successful week, and we can’t wait for our next visit to southern California!

We’re excited to introduce you to our newest team member, Kiley! She joined ConferenceSource in early July 2024 and has spent 13+ years in the hospitality and event-based industry with experience across sports & entertainment, client service, premium hospitality, and sales.
 
While her career has transitioned across multiple industries, Kiley is excited for the opportunity to focus on the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industry and the unique meetings and events that come with it.
 
We are so thrilled to have Kiley on our team and can’t wait to introduce her to our wonderful clients!
