Jolicias is renting out the trailer.
As much as we are sad we believe this is the best option while we find a location and get our paperwork prepared in our new state.
This also provides a stream of revenue and success for both businesses. We are thankful for our family first who has showed up for us through the good, the bad, and the ugly.

Our friends and supporters, its been a tough road but ya'll showed us so much love.
The first year was hard, but we're passed that now. As for myself I have failed, made mistakes, and had many losses but I reached every goal that I set my self up for. I've accomplished one of the hardest thing in life so far, but I'm happy I'm here.

Starting my business never scared me. I knew the hard work and dedication I would need to put into this. I'm still very new and this big move, is not going to be easy. Nothing comes easy, but I can say I'm definitely nervous about moving our business.

The South comes hard, and I know all to well how they are big critics on food. We have to come even harder, and put Colorado on the map. We have to pull out our best dishes, our best tasting food and have to rebrand what we worked hard on. We started out safe, but we don't have time to play it safe anymore.
We know the ins and out of business and it's definitely going to be go time once we find our spot.

Its with sad news to announce Jolicias food truck and catering will officially be closed in Lakewood and Denver. With all of the cost that include insurance, renewal of licenses, our commercial kitchen, and location we have decided to close and do what's best for our business.
Some days, I'm not even sure how I did this, but I did.
I put a lot of hard work starting my business from nothing, but just that, hard work and dedication. From business classes, training, studying, and financially keeping up everything that is needed for a business. Believe me, its more then just cooking. And I did that.
But we're ready and excited for our new journey and soon to be new location.

I'm beyond thankful for the help, love, and support from everyone including friends, family, strangers, loyal customers and the health department. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart.

Hi all! I just want to kindly introduce myself, as I see many new faces. My name is Danielle and I'm the owner of Jolicias.
I go by many different names, which come from growing up or just depending on where I have met people. I started working on my business about 3 years ago.
I received a certification in business classes through Mi Casa resources and also received a certification in accounting. I started sharing my journey, to show that all is possible, and starting a business from scratch is not easy. I have had many obstacles during the last few years, but I never stopped. They told me it would never be easy, and that's right it's not easy. But as of right now I'm on my 3rd business, that all still need some work and guidance. They are all fully insured and licensed. What I see in our future is providing more opportunities for jobs, working with the community and children, providing a business guide or book for begginers, and to receive a certification in vicitim advocacy. As of now, we are staying focused to ensure the businesses now are ran successfully. I appreciate everyone, this is more then a page, I'm also here to guide and teach the next person how to start a business.
