s exactly where KLINK comes in. We build a bond with our couples, inevitably becoming the friend that comes to the rescue. We coordinate the logistics of your wedding day to make sure that everything that you have spent months planning runs exactly how you envisioned. From the arrival times of the florist, setting up your DIY decor and signage to packing all your gifts and goodies at the end of the night, we will take care of it all. A day-of coordinator can be a lifesaver for couples who don't have the budget for a full-service planner; couples who thought they could do it all alone and then realize, close to the wedding, that they were wrong; and couples who actually manage to plan it all alone, but then wisely realize that they shouldn't leave the day-of nitty-gritty in the hands of their mother, maid of honor or distant cousin that flew in for the occasion. Remember, your family and friends are your guests too, and you want them to be able to relax and enjoy your wedding. At KLINK, we work hard to make sure you enjoy your celebration and make memories with the ones you love. Classic black + white… but make it a PARTY. 🖤🤍

Marina + Dom’s wedding at Marbella Country Club was proof that timeless doesn’t have to mean predictable.

A mariachi band bringing the energy.
A black + white checkered dance floor that basically demanded to be danced on.
Cigar rollers, churro cart, photobooth…oh my!
Thoughtful details everywhere you looked.
And Marina? Quite possibly the happiest bride we’ve ever seen.

Every detail felt polished, personal and completely them…from the classic palette to the moments that made the night impossible to forget.

Our favorite kind of wedding to plan? One that looks effortlessly beautiful while there’s a whole lot happening behind the scenes to make it feel that way. 😉

Taylor + Tucker
San Juan Capistrano, CA

Some couples don’t need grand gestures…their love speaks in the quiet moments.

The way Taylor & Tucker looked at each other, you’d swear they were the only two people in the room. Calm, grounded, and a little reserved, until one of them whispered an inside joke…then suddenly those huge smiles appeared and the silliness took over. 🤍

What made this day even more special was the love they poured into every detail. Taylor, an incredibly talented ceramicist, hand-crafted each vessel that held the florals and created a beautiful ceramic cup for every guest. Each one doubled as an es**rt card and a keepsake from a day that felt deeply personal from beginning to end.

And if there was one thing you couldn’t miss, it was how much these two cherish their families. Every hug, every glance, every toast…their wedding wasn’t just a celebration of their love, but of the people who helped shape it.

Gloria & Matt’s intimate wedding aboard a yacht in Newport Harbor felt like stepping into a real-life Disney love story. Surrounded by their closest family and friends, every moment was filled with so much love, joy, and the kind of romance that makes you believe in happily ever after.

As the sun set over the water and the harbor sparkled around them, it was impossible not to feel the magic. The sweetest vows, happy tears, and a celebration that proved you don’t need a big guest list to create unforgettable moments…just the right person and a whole lot of love.

Some weddings are beautiful because of the details. Others are unforgettable because of the feeling in the room.

and .bar wedding at Calamigos Ranch was one of those days where the love was impossible to miss. From the moment they saw each other to their final moments on the dance floor, you could feel just how completely smitten they are with one another. The way they looked at each other, laughed together, and soaked in every moment made it clear that this was so much more than a wedding day—it was the beginning of a marriage built on genuine friendship, admiration, and love.

What made the day even more special was witnessing the joy of their family and friends. Every speech, every hug, every tear-filled smile reflected how deeply loved these two are and how excited everyone was to watch them start this next chapter together.

There are some weddings where you leave thinking about the flowers, the décor, or the venue. And then there are weddings like Courtney and Jeremy’s, where you leave thinking about the love.
