One more post to celebrate my retirement from active ministry.
In addition to life ceremonies officiated through the years, (weddings, baptisms, vow renewals, memorial services), and churches I've served as Pastor, I have also had the privilege to provide end-of-life care and spiritual care in hospice and hospitals. South Austin Medical Center, VA North Texas Medical Center, Kaiser Permanente Hospice, AseraCare Hospice, and Hospice Austin Christopher House.
It has indeed been a full 22 years, 22 years of feeling the Spirit move through me and use me to show God's love to others.
I'm not completely retired though - I continue to preach once monthly at an Assisted Living facility in Temple, Texas, and fill an occasional pulpit at my home church and other churches in Central Texas. God is not done with me yet!

In 22 years of ministry I've officiated over 1550 weddings, presided over hundreds of memorial services, and happily baptized dozens of people (including infant dedications and adult baptisms). I've also served a number of churches in CA and TX as Senior Minister or Intentional Interim Senior Minister. I've included photos of a few here. It's been a very interesting 20 years!
