Fuego is our dream, a cantina, a place to have a beautifully crafted cocktail and share a story or two with friends. We are also an event center hosting events like Wednesday Cards Against Humanities night, cooking classes, private chef dinners & tastings. s a vision first inspired by the Hispanic dishes made by my departed grandma, Anna Maria Rosa Carlota Urrutia Evans, aka Muneka, aka Neka, and since that is more than a mouthful, we'll just call her Mimi. Mimi taught me to show love and appreciate for friends and family through food, drink & hospitality. All things that we pride ourselves on providing at Fuego. Our mission for Fuego is to provide an eclectic, fun, and upscale bar and speakeasy where people can mingle and socialize while experiencing custom cocktails, as well as unique and delicious, shareable foods (tapas & charcuterie). Our vision of Fuego is a place to meet your friends and co-workers to drink, snack, and listen to great music, a date night where you can sit and forget about the stresses of the day, or a girls' night out sharing a pitcher of sangria. It's a vision of sharing, community, socializing, and energy.

June 28th at Fuego Cantina & Events is hosting our Pride open show competition . Hosted and Judge by Rey Markable, Quintessential, and the owners of Fuego Kandi Kerns, and Alexandria Snavely. There will be two rounds. We’ll choose the top 7 to compete in the second round and the audience will choose the winner. The winner will receive $100 and a paid booking in a future Flamboyance or Carnaval show and second place will receive $50 and a tip spot in a future show. We’re looking for
