Our recently closed bar Trago, was a vision first inspired by the Hispanic dishes made by my departed grandma, Anna Maria Rosa Carlota Urrutia Evans, aka Muneka, aka Neka, and since that is more than a mouthful, we'll just call her Mimi. Mimi taught me to show love and appreciate for friends and family through food, drink & hospitality. All things that we pride ourselves on providing at Fuego.
