Meet Gina — the heartbeat and sparkle of 300 Spring!

The youngest of the eleven Lovan kids (yes, seven boys and four girls — she survived it!), Gina has always been full of personality. After 35 years in Corporate America, she traded the office life for something way more exciting: investing in downtown Jeffersonville and helping bring 300 Spring to life.

She’s married, has one amazing daughter, and is truly in her element when she’s surrounded by family and friends. Gina is a massive Caitlin Clark fan, an even bigger Cher fanatic, and will happily talk your ear off about either.

When she’s not lighting up the venue, you’ll find her metal detecting or magnet fishing — treasure still pending, but the enthusiasm is 100% real.
