Our rentals start at $200/hour and include complimentary buffer time on both ends for setup and teardown (because no one likes to feel rushed).

Event bookings getting full access to the entire space — furniture, kitchen, bathroom, and all amenities included. No hidden extras, just a seamless experience.

Availability is designed to be flexible:
• Weeknights (Mon–Fri): 5–10 pm (2-hour minimum)
• Weekends (Sat–Sun): 7 am–10 pm (4-hour minimum)

Hosting a larger group? We’ve got you covered:
• Cocktail-style: ~60 guests
• Theatre seating: ~50 guests
• Banquet seating: ~40 guests
