📣 LOCAL WEBSITE DESIGNER / DEVELOPER RECOMMENDATIONS NEEDED!
I’m looking for recommendations for someone local to the Jasper, Cullman, or Birmingham, AL area who can design and build a professional website for a growing multi-state sports organization.
This will be more than a basic informational website. We need someone who can help us build a platform capable of handling teams, leagues, tournaments, registrations, payments, and communication across:
⚾ Alabama
⚾ Mississippi
⚾ Tennessee
⚾ Georgia
Some of the features we’re looking for include:
🔹 Tournament Registration — Individual teams can view upcoming tournaments and register directly through the website each weekend.
🔹 Player/Individual Registration — Players can sign up individually for specific teams, events, leagues, or tournaments.
🔹 League Registration & Management — Ability to run leagues and organize registrations by location, age group, division, etc.
🔹 Online Payments — Registration fees and other payments processed directly through the site.
🔹 Admin Dashboard — We need to be able to easily see WHO has registered, WHAT tournament/event they registered for, payment status, team/age division, contact information, etc.
🔹 Automated Communication — When someone registers, we would like automatic confirmation messages/texts sent to their phone with event information, next steps, links, updates, etc.
🔹 Forms & Sign-Up Links — Everything housed in ONE place instead of having multiple outside forms and links.
🔹 Team & Tournament Pages — Ability to organize information for multiple age groups, teams, locations, schedules, tournaments and leagues.
🔹 Mobile Friendly — This will be heavily used by parents and coaches from their phones, so it needs to be extremely easy to navigate on mobile.
🔹 Hosting & Ongoing Support — Ideally, I’d like someone who can not only build it, but also handle hosting, maintenance, updates, and help as we continue to grow.
This is something we plan to BUILD BIG and continue expanding, so I’m looking for someone who understands what we’re trying to accomplish and can build something that will grow with us — without an outrageous upfront price.
I would really prefer to work with someone LOCAL who we can establish a long-term relationship with.
