Tracy VanWoert is a Licensed Massage Therapist with more than 18 years of experience and the owner of Absolute Serenity
Massage and Wellness in Jackson, Michigan.

With specialized training in Medical Massage through Blue Heron Academy, Tracy focuses on therapeutic massage, pain management, deep tissue techniques, assisted stretching, and range-of-motion work.

Her approach goes beyond the traditional spa-style massage focused primarily on relaxation and light-pressure techniques. Tracy provides targeted, results-focused massage therapy designed to address muscle tension, pain, restricted movement, and areas of dysfunction that can interfere with everyday life.

Congratulations to Alicia Swisher on being named a 2026 Health Care Angel!

Swisher has served others in medical social work and behavioral health, both within the community and at a Michigan Department of Corrections Level 5 prison. These opportunities ultimately led her to create a private practice, Swisher’s Bizzy Caring, PLLC. She also serves as an inpatient therapist at Henry Ford Behavioral Health–Washington Way. Through each opportunity, Swisher is committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based, and person-centered care every day.

Versiti Blood Center of Michigan blood drive is taking place from 2pm-6pm in our grand ballroom! Some donation spots still open!

All the blood donated today, stays in the local Jackson blood banks!

JPD is hosting a blood drive on Tuesday, June 30th from 2 p.m. - 6 p.m. at the Commonwealth Commerce Center in the Grand Ballroom on the 1st floor.
