We catered the Marion Wrestling golf outing again this year! The menu was pulled pork sandwiches, Mac and cheese, Cole slaw, and potato chips.

Full disclosures - the pictures are from last year’s event. We were in a hurry and forgot to take pictures because we needed to drop off a bridal shower after this one. It was the same menu, same location, and I even had on the same outfit as last year. 😁

Yesterday we catered a bridal shower with a traveling theme. We had made chicken tikka kabobs (Indian), potstickers with dipping sauce (Chinese), cocktail meatballs with marinara (Italian), and fruit and veggie trays. It was a cute them and everyone loved the food. Best wishes to the future Mrs.!

We catered Mary’s Way at St Jude on Thursday. The menu was rolls with butter, roast beef, bruschetta chicken, dynamic duo butter potatoes, green beans with bacon, and cole slaw. I went back to pick up supplies and had numerous people come up and let me know how delicious the food was. We loved being a part of a special night honoring our Blessed Mother!

My daughter asked for nachos for lunch yesterday, so I made this! I ate some too. Very delicious! You can make your own version when your order our taco/nacho bar. We used the white queso instead of our yellow nacho cheese. 🌮😋

Sport Families, this post is for you! Does your child’s high school sport’s team need you to provide a meal for the team? Not sure what to bring, or trying to figure out the logistics of getting the food there while supposed to be at work? I have something for you.

I can prepare the meal and deliver it. I have done chicken nuggets or ham/turkey and cheese sliders on Hawaiian bread, chips, fruit cups of strawberries and grapes, string cheese, assorted chips, chocolate chip cookies, brownies, or sugar cookies with bottled waters and Gatorades to drink. I have also done a taco/nacho bar for a home game. For the to-go games I can bring brown sacks for them to pack it up or I can provide plates, napkins, and forks if they are eating there.

The menu possibilities are endless, since I have an open menu. The team is happy to have delicious food and something different than some of the same foods on repeat. You can rest easy not having to stress with all the logistics. Please reach out if interested.

Vince had made these for his son’s birthday party. They were roast beef on a toasted baguette with a caper cream sauce and Parmesan cheese. They were delicious! We will be added them to our appetizer menu. What should we call them?

Our special at Adesa today was chicken enchiladas with Mexican street corn. I was really looking forward to eating the street corn today, but unfortunately for me we sold out. I love the business though!!
