We catered a breakfast for Administrative Executives Day this past week for a law firm downtown. The menu was a fruit tray, biscuits with sausage gravy, bacon, scrambled eggs, and a French toast bake. The enjoyed it!

We catered the St Jude Blessing Cup lunch for the First Communion group last Sunday. This was our third year catering this event. They had a menu of fruit, ham and turkey sandwiches with all the fixings, chips, mini cupcakes and mini chocolate chip cookies. We catered a 60th Wedding Anniversary for a lovely couple today at Nativity. The appetizer menu was fruit and vegetable trays, meat, cheese and cracker tray, turkey and ham pinwheels, cocktail meatballs, spinach and artichoke dip with tortilla chips, and potato chips. Delicious!

We catered a lunch at our favorite law firm today! ❤️. They wanted a basketball themed lunch. They had burgers and boneless wings, salad, Mac and cheese and chips. I think it was a slam dunk! 😉🏀

We were back at Roncalli today for another sandwich and soup luncheon. This time the soups were tomato bisque and loaded potato. We were told everything was perfect and the soups were so good! Thanks to Roncalli High School for the repeat business! Go Royals!

We catered a lunch for Roncalli on Wednesday. We had mini turkey, ham, and roast beef sandwiches with cheese and toppings on the side, pasta salad, chips, broccoli and cheese soup, vegetable beef soup, and chocolate chip cookies. It turned out great!

Yesterday, we catered a staff breakfast for Roncalli High School. The menu was fruit, sausage egg and cheese casserole, French toast casserole, build your own sandwiches (biscuits, egg, cheese, sausage patties), bacon and hashbrowns. They said it was delicious!

We catered a formal event last night. They ordered a charcuterie tray and cocktail meatballs for appetizers. The dinner was salad, rolls with butter, sliced roast beef, chicken with Asiago cream sauce, mashed potatoes and gravy, and green beans with bacon. Delicious!

We catered the Sock Religious Christmas party last weekend. It may have been snowy outside but inside was warm with delicious food being served.

They had a menu of salad, bruschetta chicken, buttered dynamic duo potatoes, green beans with bacon, and chocolate chip cookies. We also prepared a couple of gluten free/dairy free meals. They thought it all was wonderful!
