Tonight we had the pleasure of providing this custom "Hoosier Harvest" menu, designed to bring warmth and sophistication to the event.
We started with a balance of savory and sweet. Pairing hot honey goat cheese rounds with refreshing prosciutto-wrapped melon. For the main course, guests enjoyed free-range, herb-roasted chicken and zesty lemon butter pork chops.
But the real showstoppers? The sides. Creamy garlic whipped potatoes and Brussels sprouts glazed in authentic maple syrup. We finished the evening with delicate chocolate mousse cups.
