Last night’s Fête en Blanc was absolutely beautiful—but the heart behind it was even more incredible. 🤍

We were so honored to prepare dinner in support of Make It Matter: The Collective and its mission to empower foster youth through meaningful opportunities and social impact.

Erica Hardesty, founder of Make It Matter and owner of Noëlla’s Flowers, and Alex Anne Washington Clifton, Development Director for Make It Matter and Director of Operations, Strategy & Brand Direction for Noëlla’s, are doing truly wonderful work in our community. Their hearts, passion and commitment to these young people are something very special.

Standing between these two incredible women, I just felt grateful—grateful that Chupper Time could play a small part in such a meaningful evening and help bring everyone together around the table.

I mean…LOOK at these beautiful little bites! 😍

Gruyère gougères with honey and crushed pistachios, beef tartines with horseradish crema, pickled red onions and brown mustard seeds, and chilled asparagus mimosa.

Pretty food just tastes better. 💁🏼‍♀️🌸

We’re always playing with new ways to make our bites just as fun to look at as they are to eat.

Meet our little Egg Flowers 🌸 — technically a deviled egg, but I’ve always thought deviled eggs looked a little too… picnicy. 😂 and what kind of name is that.. deviled egg 🙄So naturally, we made them flowers.

And those tiny petite savory cones filled with creamy mashed avocado and tuna tartare? I mean, come on. 😍

Happy Birthday (June 13) to my husband, the father of our boys, my favorite chef, my business partner, and the co-owner of Chupper Time Catering and Crosby House Hospitality & Food Consulting

Today Brandon turns 49.

Seriously… 49.

For over 25 years, Brandon has been creating incredible food, feeding thousands of people, opening restaurants, mentoring chefs, winning on Food Network, and building businesses we’re incredibly proud of.

He’s one of the most talented people I know. His passion for food, creativity, and work ethic have helped build a life that neither of us could have imagined years ago.

But let’s talk about the real story here…

How is he 49?!

At this point, his momma Bessie Stringer Crosby and daddy Benny Crosby deserve a huge shout-out because those genes need to be studied. The man is aging in reverse, and frankly, it’s becoming a little annoying for the rest of us.🤔

There are events we cater, and then there are moments we are fortunate enough to witness.

Today was one of those moments.

We are deeply grateful to the Sanders family for including us as they gathered to celebrate a life filled with service, creativity, family, and friendship. It was our honor to help create a space where stories could be shared and memories remembered.

Can we talk about how incredible this team is for a second? Seriously.

Hardest working crew around. Super polite, incredibly knowledgeable, Jesus loving, and somehow always able to keep up with my million thoughts and last-minute pivots without missing a beat. 😅

They can go any direction at any moment, handle pressure with grace, and still show up smiling. And this isn’t even everybody — just the few we managed to get in a picture. ❤️

Chupper Time would not be what it is without this team. So thankful for every single one of them.
