Because honestly, how many times can we do the same dinner and drinks? You’re going to be downtown anyhow, right?!

We’re bringing you an evening of caviar tastings, perfectly paired bubbles, a beautiful grazing table, and a chance to try something you might never have experienced before.

We think what makes a good food vendor stand out from a ✨great✨ food vendor is knowing when the job isn’t right for us. The right thing to do is pass it along to the experts who can execute it correctly. Even if this means we don’t land the client.

Plated steak and lobster? That’s not us but we know what caterer to call for that. Pasta bar? Not really our jam but we know multiple people who do it well.

Never would we ever take a gamble on a thing we’ve never done before and especially on a big day like a wedding. You should feel confident that your caterer knows what to do with such a large part of your investment.
