We invite you to try the Pollo Bahía - a new favorite introduced just for Houston Restaurant Weeks.
Our achiote grilled chicken breast is served with tomato, scallion, heart of palm, and a coconut beurre blanc. Achiote is a spice from the seeds of the annatto tree, while beurre blanc is a creamy, French-style butter sauce. Bringing ingredients from both Europe and the Americas together, this flavorful dish is great for dining in or for online pickup or delivery.

This plantain-crusted chicken, with black bean sauce, smoked panela cheese, roasted tomato, and cotija is a symphony of Latin flavors you'll adore.
Panela cheese is a fresh, white, cheese from Mexico that doesn't melt. Cotija is a crumbly Mexican cheese, similar to Parmesan, often used for topping dishes.

The Battle is on August 4th and 5th! The Lymbar is partnering with Houston Community College District Culinary Program to foster the next generation of top chefs.
