We juggled a lot this year 🤹‍♀️🤭

Between big dreams, three small businesses, growing pains, and building a community-first space, this year asked a lot, and gave even more in return. I’m endlessly grateful for every family, member, collaborator, and friend who showed up and supported Joyful Commons as we launched this year.

Here’s to putting a few things down, picking the right things back up, and stepping into 2026 with intention and joy.

At Joyful Commons, our whole heart is built around supporting families—including our own team. To give our staff time to rest, celebrate, and be with their people, we’ll be closed on the following days:

✨ Open:
December 22 & 23
December 29 & 30
and on Friday January 2 — doors open for anyone hopping right back into work, routines, and real life.

Thanksgiving is a time for reflection. We have been open for almost 3 months now, and we couldn’t be more grateful to everyone who has supported this space & this idea from conception, our founding members, our wonderful staff, the clients who chose us to host their events, and to each new day pass who walks into our space.

Each new months brings new faces into our space who are just discovering us, and we can’t thank you enough for being a part of the community we’re building! 💚

In this time of Thanksgiving, please consider donating to our food drive for the .

We will have donation boxes at Joyful Commons from Wednesday November 12th until Tuesday November 25th.

Located at 344 E 8th Avenue, Homestead, 15120, you do not need to have a pass or be a member to give. Just drop by during our normal business hours and you will be greeted by a smiling face from our staff.

Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 9 to 5pm
Tuesday & Thursday | 9 to 2pm
