What a joy to wander through Bullington Gardens in Hendersonville and be greeted by dahlias like this ~ each one a little masterpiece, unfurling in colors almost too beautiful to imagine. This majestic Ixora, captured by my beautiful friend Donna on her recent trip to Florida, looks almost jeweled ~ the tiniest threads of gold woven through a crown of brilliant scarlet. ❤️✨ Sometimes I think our Divine Creator simply delights in gracing us with something so royal, so elegant, so breathtakingly beautiful ~ and then placing it on our path as a little glimpse of His glory. Happy Saturday, dear friends! 🌸 The crape myrtles lifting their elegant blossoms toward an endless blue sky, the sunlight spilling through the leaves, the little flashes of beauty we might so easily hurry past.

I believe these are some of the tender ways our very, very loving God whispers to us: "You are watched over. Look how much colorful sweetness I have sprinkled along your path." May our hearts be receptive and open in recognition and joy.
