Applications are open for The Wandering Market—a new curated indoor market featuring local vendors, artists, makers and ticketed workshops throughout the afternoon.

📍 Harahan VFW Hall
1133 Hickory Avenue, Harahan

VENDOR SPACES ARE ONLY $30!

Your booth includes:

• Approximately 10×10 of indoor space
• One 6-foot table
• One chair
• A little extra breathing room around your booth when the layout allows

The $30 vendor fee goes to the Harahan VFW.

We’re especially looking for:

🎨 Artists and illustrators
📚 Authors and independent publishers
🕰️ Curated vintage and antique sellers
💍 Handmade jewelry makers
🎃 Quality Halloween and seasonal crafters
🧵 Original handmade goods
🪴 Unique home and garden décor
🔮 Spiritual and intentional-living products
✨ Unusual, creative and thoughtfully curated finds

A few important details:

• This is a completely indoor event.
• Setup begins at 10:00 AM that morning.
• Booths must be ready by 12:15 PM.
• No early pack-up; vendors must remain set up until 6:00 PM.
• Electricity is limited and must be requested on the pay portal.
• Vendor fees are nonrefundable once your application is approved and your space is reserved. This is directly funding the Harahan VFW.
• Products must match what was submitted and approved with your application.

We are currently accepting vendor applications for **Mom’s & Mimosas Spring Market**, a one-day Mother’s Day weekend shopping event.

🌸 **ABOUT THE MARKET**
This is a **curated, handmade & unique vendor event** designed for Mother’s Day shoppers and a “day out with Mom” experience.

✔️ Handmade goods & original art
✔️ Boutique & giftable items
✔️ Specialty products
✔️ Select service-based vendors that benefit moms (spa, beauty, wellness, etc.)

🚫 We will **not** approve:
• Resale-only vendors or MLMs
• Direct sales
• Service companies that do not align with the event theme (insurance, roofing, gutters, etc.)

Not all applications will be approved.

🥂 Shoppers will enjoy a **free mimosa with purchase** (while supplies last).

Thanks to the lovely members of the Harahan Lions Club the hall is all setup and ready for our fabulous vendors! Can't wait to see everyone this weekend at the Sugarplum Holiday Craft Market 2025! Everyone says they want to support small businesses, but there are never lines and rushing into our events to support our small local businesses. We may not be able to do door busters, or buy 1 get 5 free because our items are handmade or not purchased in super bulk - but we can offer something that was crafted and selected with care, and we can guarantee that your support will make a HUGE difference in someone's life, instead of just a number in an excel file.

Consider supporting our craft fair this weekend, come by and visit us, and then hit the other small businesses up and down Hickory to grab all of your gift giving needs.
