Artist Terry Hanney is almost finished with our new barn mural. He took this photo early this morning, as the dawn started to brighten, and it looks like the barn is nestled within forest itself. Magical!

We offer that very adult experience here Paca Pride Guest Ranch!

As a demonstration farm to the public on permaculture principles, we allow all our guests to plug in as much, or as little, to the farm groove.

That can include barnyard chores, meadow renovations and w**d control, shearing weekend, even the springtime “Muck Alley” muck out (we intentionally made mud there for good reason).

Of course, we’re also base camp for your Mountain Loop experience, with all the famed National Forest Trails near us.

So yeah, we’ve got your agro-, eco-, historical-, scenic-, yurt-, glamping-, rustic resort-, tourism vis-a-vis adult summer camp!

Add Spa-tourism now too!

Our newly built Bathing Pavilion brings the ‘Resort’ to our ‘Rustic Resort’. (Sidenote: Did you know that’s the actual hotel license category in WA state. The Dept of Health inspects us annually. 🧐)

Barrel Sauna, Soaking Tubs (cold plunge or warm herbal salt soak? You decide.), and a wood-fired hot tub cabana which can be booked during your stay. This Fall, a marble tiled steam room and shower is planned. Watch for that announcement!

Come enjoy the meadow scene with the alpacas, chickens, turkeys, and a two year old llama going through his rambunctious toddler phase. It’s a ranch in a mountain meadow you didn’t know you needed! 😘🤩🤗🥰

But, he would like to be able to give it a closer inspection.
Hold fast little llama! That’s the artist’s turf for now.

Ash, the toddler llama, told me the ‘mountain is out’ on the barn mural. This was right before he asked me for some of the sprouts I was taking to the turkeys.

We love sharing the abundance 🥰🥰🥰

🌱 A huge thank you to Dave Paca Pride Guest Ranch for donating four crates of fresh turnips to the Food Bank for this week’s distribution! 🥰

Not only did Dave generously share his beautiful harvest, but he also took the time to show our volunteer around the farm. It’s inspiring to see how our volunteers are stepping up in new ways—not just stocking shelves and driving trucks, but now even helping to harvest fresh produce for our wonderful clients.

We’re so grateful for community partners like Paca Pride who make healthy, local food more accessible to the families we serve. 💚
