Full-Time Maintenance Technician Reunion Ranch
Reunion Ranch is seeking a dependable, hardworking Full-Time Maintenance Technician to help maintain our beautiful property and event facilities. If you enjoy working outdoors, solving problems, and taking pride in keeping a property in excellent condition, we'd love to hear from you!
Schedule:
• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
Responsibilities:
• Perform routine grounds maintenance, including mowing, trimming, landscaping, and general property upkeep.
• Complete basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs.
• Perform general handyman tasks and preventative maintenance.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of buildings and outdoor spaces.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down for special events as needed.
• Identify maintenance issues and complete repairs on time.
• Operate and maintain tools, equipment, and machinery safely.
Qualifications:
• Experience in general maintenance, facilities, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs.
• Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment and power tools.
• Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as with a team.
