Heirloom Georgetown is one step closer to becoming reality. On August 12, Georgetown City Council approved our development on first reading — an important milestone as we move toward breaking ground in early 2026.
Spanning 620 acres on the west side of town, Heirloom will deliver:
• Up to 3,600 homes in thoughtfully designed neighborhoods
• More than 200,000 square feet of commercial space, including destination retail
• Over 48 acres of dedicated parkland and a four-mile trail system
• A future 120-acre Georgetown ISD school site
These approvals represent years of work with the City to make sure Heirloom reflects Georgetown’s heritage while addressing its future needs. From preserving green space, to improving transportation connectivity, to introducing housing choices that don’t yet exist in the market — our goal is to create a community designed for people first.
With final council approval expected on August 26, we’re entering an exciting new chapter. This is the beginning of a ten-year journey to bring Georgetown’s next great hub for living, gathering, and growing to life.
