The delivery driver, Richard, called to verify and when I couldn't take his call, called me back to try and help with getting the delivery done. Unfortunately, I was delayed and the flowers were taken back to the store. Very understandable. Once there Kristie was so kind and worked with me to still get the flowers delivered the same day.
