We're excited to introduce our new name: Summit Restaurant Group (SRG)! Same familiar restaurants, same local staples, same amazing group of classic eateries you know and love — now under one umbrella that lets us serve our community even better. Nothing has changed except our name. From catering for every occasion to our family serving yours, we're proud to keep bringing great food to Northeastern Indiana. From our family to yours!

We had the pleasure of hearing from Jeremy McClain, along with Panos and Stephanie Bourounis, as they introduced Summit Restaurant Group—the new umbrella expanding the identity of Salvatori’s Hospitality Group!

While Salvatori’s isn't going anywhere (and is getting ready to celebrate its 20th anniversary this September! 🎉), Summit Restaurant Group is dedicated to preserving and honoring iconic Fort Wayne local staples. Their growing family of local favorites includes:
