we love Chef Guys Favorite Pasta!

strozzapreti, house vodka sauce, sausage, all built into a bowl that does not last long once it hits the table.
this is the one Guy reaches for when he could pick anything on the menu. made from scratch, plated fresh, gone fast.

Turns out we weren’t sad. We just needed a peach bellini mocktail, a fresh cannoli, warm breadsticks, and a pasta bowl built exactly how you like it.

Did you know Pasta di Guy started in a food truck?

Back in 2019, Chef Guy was serving fresh, made from scratch pasta out of this bright yellow truck all over Tampa Bay. One truck, a whole lot of pasta, and a big idea.

That idea turned into a full restaurant, and today that same scratch made pasta is served across multiple locations and we are adding more across the country!!

Same recipes. Same Chef Guy. Just a few more tables.
