Dear Community, As the smell of roasted turkey fills the air and the sound of elastic waistbands snapping echoes across America, we pause to reflect on what we’re most thankful for: YOU. Yes, YOU, the ones who trust us to feed you and don’t judge us for sneaking “taste tests” in the kitchen (we call it quality control).
At Juli y Juan’s Kitchen, we’re grateful for your trust, your love for good food, and the fact that you don’t ask us to cook tofu turkey (because that’s where we draw the line). Seriously, without you, we’d just be two chefs arguing over who burned the stuffing (it’s Juan, by the way).
This Thanksgiving, let’s raise our forks high and toast to the important things in life: family, friends, and food so good it makes you cry—or at least nap aggressively after dinner.
From our kitchen to your home, we wish you a holiday filled with love, laughter, and zero judgment for going back for thirds.
