⚠️ Choose your rental company carefully!

We’ve seen an influx of last-minute calls from customers whose original rentals arrived broken, didn’t show up at all, or whose vendor couldn’t provide what they promised.

Unfortunately, when this happens days before an event, options can be extremely limited — especially for tents.

Remember: there’s a big difference between someone who owns rental items and a professional rental company.

Before booking, check reviews, ask about insurance, look at their inventory and make sure they have the experience and staff to deliver what they’re promising.

A cheaper price isn’t much of a deal if you’re scrambling to replace everything the week of your event. ❤️

⛺ DON’T WAIT FOR THE FORECAST TO RESERVE YOUR TENT! ☀️🌧️

One of the biggest misconceptions we see during event season is that you can wait until the week of your event, check the weather forecast, and add a tent if rain or extreme heat is expected.

Unfortunately, by then, it’s often too late.

Tents are typically one of the first items we sell out of — especially during our busy spring, summer, and fall weekends. They also require significantly more time and manpower from our delivery crews than most other rental items, so our tent installation schedule can fill up even before our regular delivery schedule does.

Even if we still have the physical tent available, we may not have the crew capacity or installation time available to add it at the last minute.

If having a tent would make or break your event in the event of rain, heat, or unpredictable Colorado weather, we strongly recommend reserving it from the beginning rather than relying on the forecast the week of.

🌦️ Colorado weather loves to change its mind. Your event backup plan shouldn’t have to!
