Leftover candy? Here's one place to donate to put it to good use; share if you know other options!

Don’t need your leftover Halloween candy or have too many sweets? Grassroots’ clients would love it! Please donate it to the Grassroots Day Resource Center at Leola Dorsey at 10390 Guilford Road, Suite A in Jessup. You can drop it off today from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. or any Monday or Wednesday from 2-6 p.m or Saturday from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.. This makes a wonderful treat for individuals who visit us in need of support.

We are also in need of non-perishable food items to support increasing numbers of individuals who are seeking support through our food pantry. Thank you so much!

🥳 Turning 80 deserves a BIG celebration 🎉

Happy Birthday to this young man affectionately known as “PeaPa”

🐕‍🦺 Fletcher guarded the sign until the birthday boy arrived home where we were able to include many of the things he loves: motorcycles, the Orioles and the Ravens (sorry about that game yesterday!) And we love how he has a thermos just like in the sign requested by his loving family! 💙
