The maintenance man at this apartment complex asked me what’s my motivation to workout? What’s my fuel? I have a simple answer. It wasn’t quite the full truth..
I didn’t tell him about the pain… Most people don’t know but I know this post is going to bring healing to somebody. Somebody who thinking about giving up on their FATHER-somebody who already gave up on their Father (like ME).. it might feel slick and it might sound slick, but when you become one, you start to realize how important you (Father) are to your Son/Daughter.. We only get ONE🗣️
They found my father decomposed in an abandoned building. FACTS! When I was high as fat Charles ass off of Ecstasy, Molly, and more. My mind was blocked, I was numb from true spiritual understanding… Today, I feel it deep in my mind, body, and Soul-like it happened yesterday‼️ I can FEEL my Father in that bando, cold, hurting, scared, running, heart disease, diabetic with no insulin. Etc. I can FEEL that he KNEW that nobody was coming for him‼️The loneliness, the weight of the world, the pressure of performance, the JUDGEMENT. I can FEEL it. Talk about motivation…it’s the PAIN🤷🏾♂️
When we don’t find pathways to deal with that pain, it doesn’t disappear‼️ Energy NEVER DIES, it only TRANSFERS ITS FORM💯💯💯 whatever substance or vice you choose, eventually you goin have to DEAL WITH IT‼️ talk about motivation… it’s the PAIN🤷🏾♂️ I was ungrateful, comfortable, and complacent. All on the back of a man who never gave up on ME… That s**t HURT when I wakeup in the middle of the night‼️ that s**t hurt when I wakeup, when I lay down. When I go to sleep‼️‼️‼️ hear me CLEARLY, go make that phone call, go pullup where he hang at. IDGAF‼️ you don’t know what spiritual/mental demons that man running from‼️ and you better pray to your Creator that energy you have for him isn’t passed down to YOUR children-because energy ONLY TRANSFERS‼️ LIKE FATHER LIKE SON🗣️ I didn’t know what my Father was running from until he transitioned…. Go tell your Father you love him, forgive him. He’s HUMAN. Only in OUR community is a mortal supposed to be PERFECT🚮🚮🚮
