This little one-horse trailer traded ranch duty for bar service and has never looked back. Now she’s serving cocktails, good times, and a whole lot of Texas charm.

One of our favorite signature cocktails is the Urbane Cowboy, created as a tribute to our friends at . A little polished, a little rugged, and full of personality.

The Urbane Cowboy
• 2 oz vodka
• ¾ oz lavender syrup
• ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
• Splash of sparkling water
• Garnish with a lavender sprig and lemon twist

Looking back on an exciting milestone for Stardust Ranch!

This past March, we officially celebrated our Grand Opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, marking the beginning of an incredible journey. While we had already been welcoming guests and accepting bookings, it was a special opportunity to celebrate with our community and share our vision for Stardust Ranch.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to the Round Top Chamber for the warm welcome and for hosting such a wonderful ribbon-cutting ceremony. We are grateful to be part of this amazing community and appreciate all the support we’ve received along the way.

We have so much more to share as we continue to grow. Official links and additional updates are coming soon, and we can’t wait to tell you more about what’s ahead for Stardust Ranch.

Not because it’s perfect, but because it feels welcoming. It’s where meals are shared slowly, where conversations continue long after the plates are cleared, and where connection seems to happen naturally.

At Stardust Ranch, we wanted the kitchen to feel like the true heart of the home. Thoughtful in its design, beautiful in its simplicity, and centered around the experience of gathering over food.

From the natural materials to the understated Monogram appliances, every detail was chosen with intention to create a space that feels warm, elevated, and meant to be enjoyed together.

At Stardust Ranch, every detail tells a story — right down to the hardware. Throughout Bowie House, we selected beautifully crafted pieces from , whose precision-forged cabinet hardware brings warmth, texture, and timeless character to each space.

From the kitchen to the baths and custom built-ins, these finishes were chosen to complement the ranch’s layered aesthetic: refined, grounded, and enduring. The subtle patina and handcrafted quality add a quiet sense of luxury that feels perfectly at home against natural materials and open Texas light.

For nearly a century, Colonial Bronze has been known for American-made architectural hardware that balances durability with artistry — a philosophy we deeply value in every design decision at Stardust Ranch.

Laura Goodson’s work feels inseparable from the spirit of Texas — expressive, soulful, and full of story. Through her paintings, Laura captures something deeper than the landscape itself: the emotion, grit, and beauty woven into the people and places that inspire her work.

But beyond being an incredible artist, Laura is simply the kind of person people gravitate toward. Warm, creative, and effortlessly magnetic, she brings a sense of connection and energy everywhere she goes. Her space in Round Top feels less like a gallery and more like a gathering place — one of those corners of Round Top where conversations linger and strangers quickly become friends.

At Stardust Ranch, we’re endlessly inspired by people like Laura who make Round Top what it is: artists, storytellers, and good souls who remind us that the best part of this place has always been the people behind it.
