Landman is picking up where Yellowstone left off as a massive springboard showcasing the type of music we all love. They’ve each taken turns giving worldwide shine to bands like Whiskey Myers, Shane Smith and the Saints, Uncle Lucius and Flatland Cavalry to name a few.

Landman seems willing to get a little more off the beaten path.

We've had a little rain this afternoon but nothing that will keep us from hosting tonight's Fayetteville Courthouse Music Series show on the historic Fayetteville courthouse square. By 6P, the rain will be gone, and the temps should be very pleasant! Bernie Nelson is an excellent singer/songwriter and will put on a great show! Music starts at 6P. Bring a chair and a picnic dinner, or support one of the restaurants on the square.

The Fayetteville Courthouse Music Series continues tomorrow night with music by George Ensle. George performed in the Ross Gallery this past June and was absolutely wonderful! Bring a chair and a picnic dinner, or support one of the restaurants on the historic Fayetteville square. The event is free, and music starts at 6P.

People often ask how I’m able to find so many great musicians for the Fayetteville Courthouse Music Series. Tonight’s talented singer/songwriter is Kelley Mickwee. I’ve loved her voice since she was in The Trishas 15 years ago. I finally met her in 2014 at a Red River Songwriters show at Dosey Doe.

Kelley is as kind as she is talented. Come join us on the square at 6P. The show is free. Bring a chair and a picnic dinner, or support one of the restaurants on the square. See you soon!

The third season of the Fayetteville Courthouse Music Series kicks off this October 7th with the talented singer/songwriter, Kelley Mickwee. Originally from Memphis, TN, Kelley is a bluesy singer and a member of the Red River Songwriters. You can also catch her performing with the band, Shiny Ribs. And if your knowledge of Texas country music is deep, you may recall that Kelley was one of the members of the all-girl group, The Trishas. Come join us in October!
