A quiet milestone — and a thank you that's long overdue ✦
Kevin Socola Films was just featured in Voyage Virginia Magazine — a full interview about the years, the late nights, the weddings that shaped us, and the people who carried me long before this story had a name.
When I picked up my first camera, I had no plan. Just a feeling that some moments deserved to be remembered properly. The rest, somehow, became a career.
This feature doesn't belong to me alone.
— To , where it all began. Thank you for opening the door when I was still learning how to see. Every frame I make today carries a piece of what I learned there.
— To the team I'm lucky to call family today: Vinh, Khang, Thanh. Thank you for showing up, season after season, weekend after weekend.
— To every couple who has ever trusted us with their wedding day: you are the reason any of this exists. Whether your photos sit in our portfolio or quietly on your bookshelf at home — your story changed mine.
— To every mentor, friend, vendor partner, planner, venue, MUA, florist, and DJ we've worked alongside: thank you for the kindness, the referrals, the late-night favors, the meals shared between ceremony and reception.
— And to my family — the ones who believed before there was anything to believe in — I owe you everything.
If your name isn't here, please know it lives in every frame we've ever made 🤍
