When You Invest in Your Team, Everyone Wins

Last week, Jon Randall brought his crew from Idaho to Cedar Cove Ranch for the employee appreciation trip he'd been planning for years.

After 20 years of building his pool company, Jon wanted to honor the hardworking team that's been with him through it all. His wife Amber described them perfectly: "Good ol' boys. Hard working, dedicated, and all love hunting."
They tackled our tactical range (congrats to Evan Randall for the fastest time!), and when heavy rain and tornado warnings hit during their hog hunt, they didn't quit. Neither did our guide. They got their successful harvest—soaking wet but triumphant.

Every meal at Cedar Cove Ranch is more than food—it’s a moment to savor.

Our guest tried blackened duck breast for the first time, paired with roasted maple sweet potatoes and rice pilaf, and every bite was gone. It’s these shared experiences, first-time tastes, and simple joys that create memories to last a lifetime.

Our assistant chef, Saydee, did a fantastic job! And our master chef, Tyler, always pushing for creativity and new experiences!

ANOTHER INCREDIBLE HARVEST AT CEDAR COVE RANCH

We love sharing these special moments! This hunter just harvested TWO magnificent whitetails - both over 190"!

But what makes us most proud isn't just the trophies. This guest had been facing some life challenges lately, and this hunt provided him with exactly what he needed - an unforgettable experience that helped him forget his troubles for a while.

Sometimes hunts don't go perfectly the first time, but we believe in second chances. With the help of our guide Gabe and the entire Cedar Cove team, this hunter made it right and created memories that will last forever.
He got to share this experience with his father, which made it even more meaningful.

That's what Cedar Cove Ranch is all about - creating once-in-a-lifetime memories with the people who matter most.
