Tree bark meets silk. It’s the perfect juxtaposition, honestly. I have had such conflict- my love of design vs. Where do I house that? There hasn’t been a place to put it. Until now. This is my place. Here on 6forks those things meld. I crave beauty. I’m not settled until I have found it. W

hether it be a room or a dinner party. Simple beauty, well ordered, the smallest act…it settles it. For me, my role is now flipped. I get to take what the Creator has created and design it in a way that shows His majesty, His brilliance. Amazing right? A task I will never achieve, but I will do my best in trying. It’s the ultimate design job. John has just entered into a whole new world also. One where his God given talents will meet their roots. Literally. Food for him will explode and the possibilities will be endless.

Over the course of just nine days, from Thursday the 21st through Friday the 29th, our team at 6 Forks had the privilege of serving 1,198 guests while traveling 1,178 miles across Texas — from Athens → Keller → Kauffman → Grapevine → Weatherford → Athens → Southlake → Fort Worth.

To every client who trusted us with your weddings, celebrations, gatherings, and special moments — thank you. Your events truly become our events, and it means so much to be invited into such meaningful days.

Most importantly, we are incredibly grateful for our team. The long hours, late nights, loading trucks, setting tables, serving guests, cleaning kitchens, and doing it all again the next morning does not go unnoticed. We have a staff that shows up with heart, flexibility, and willingness to jump in wherever needed, and they make all of this possible.

We are tired in the best way and deeply thankful for every mile, every meal, and every celebration. 🤍
