This Memorial Day, we remember the Veterans that have passed through our lives...
Veterans from different walks of life and different wars: World War II, Korea, Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan and different conflicts from Bosnia to the Middle East…
Veterans, we grew to know personally, who in their twilight years gave us a glimpse of what they had seen in war…
A recount or unburdening of some particular day or battle or action that altered them for life…
It’s been our honor to hear those stories and hope in some way we were able to ease their burden by listening...
We rarely see the World War II and Korean War Veterans anymore. We still see the Vietnam Veteran, but they are becoming fewer each year...
Today, we’re seeing a new generation of Soldiers, Sailors and Marines... Men and Women trained to protect our country. Each with the same underlying confidence and pride of Veterans of old…
It’s been our privilege to have known these heroes...
We think of them often... thank them for their sacrifice and honor them this Memorial Day… See less

This past week, I had the honor of serving as a guest panelist and speaker at the Alumni Clinic, "Securing Your Legacy: Implementing a Successful Exit Strategy." It was an incredible experience engaging with a room full of driven entrepreneurs for a candid conversation on succession planning. We dove deep into the realities of exiting a business and, most importantly, how to protect the legacy we’ve spent years building.
