This role is all about availability + flexibility.
Event schedules change, installs happen early, breakdowns happen late, and weekends are often in play — so if you need a rigid schedule, this probably isn’t for you.

This might be perfect for you if:
✔️ You have flexible availability
✔️ You’re reliable and show up on time
✔️ You’re okay with physical, hands-on work
✔️ You enjoy creative environments + teamwork
✔️ You have a reliable vehicle and a clean driving record

No balloon experience needed. This is a part time position.
