Wedding timelines are starting to feel a little less like a checklist and a little more intentional — and I’m here for it.

With my 2026 & 2027 couples, I’m seeing more quiet moments built into the day, fewer traditions included just because they’re “supposed” to be there, and more decisions centered around actually enjoying the wedding day.

These are a few of the timeline trends I’m seeing lately — and definitely wouldn’t mind seeing stick around. 🤍

Still thinking about all the details from this past weekend at the Haw River Ballroom.

The bride’s mom folded 1,001 paper cranes that were used throughout the space, bringing a really personal touch to the day. Paired with colorful wildflowers and the industrial feel of the venue, everything felt unique to Mollie & Tyler.

Such a fun and magical day to be a part of! 💕✨

If you’re getting married in 2027, this is your sign to book your wedding coordinator sooner rather than later.

One of the biggest misconceptions is that you only need to think about coordination a few months before the wedding. While we begin working closely together about three months before your day, most of our couples reserve their date 9–18 months in advance to make sure we’re available.

If you’ve found your venue and have your date, now is the perfect time to secure your coordinator and cross one more thing off your planning list.
