✨ PRETTY LITTLE THINGS IS GROWING, AND I’M LOOKING FOR AN EVENT ASSISTANT! ✨
Things are getting BUSY around here, which is exactly what I’ve been working toward, and I’m officially ready to add someone to the Pretty Little Things team. 🤍
I’m looking for a dependable, organized, hard-working assistant who can jump in wherever needed.
This is a creative business, but fair warning: it isn’t always glamorous. 😂 One day we may be styling a beautiful event or working with flowers, and the next we may be loading a van, organizing inventory, hauling pumpkins, making supply runs, cleaning up after an install, or figuring out how to make an idea actually work.
You might be helping with:
• Event setup and breakdown
• Loading, unloading and organizing inventory
• Floral, balloon and décor projects
• Prop and backdrop setup
• Shopping, pickups and supply runs
• Prepping items before events
• Keeping storage and inventory organized
• General behind-the-scenes help as Pretty Little Things continues to grow
Who I’m looking for:
Someone dependable, punctual and comfortable working independently when needed. You should have an eye for detail, be willing to learn, be able to lift and carry event décor, have reliable transportation, and understand that events sometimes mean early mornings, evenings and weekends.
Creative or event experience is wonderful, but it isn’t required. I care much more about finding someone with a great work ethic, good judgment, a positive attitude and the ability to see what needs to be done and jump in.
This will initially be a part-time, paid position with hours varying based on our event schedule, with the potential to grow as the business grows.
