JapanFest Atlanta is returning this year with the theme of “Taste of Japan: Celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the Fukuoka-Atlanta Sister City”! 🎉

A couple things to keep in mind:
- We have a clear bag policy!
- Get to the food court early (not at lunchtime! it gets crazy busy!)
- HAVE FUN!! (and come visit me at the interview booth for a chance to be on our social media!)

Yesterday, at Kinokuniya Atlanta bookstore, we offered an exciting sneak preview of the Kabuki performance coming to JapanFest this weekend! Our next stop is the Duluth Library this Wednesday at 5 PM. This is your opportunity to get up close and personal with the mesmerizing world of Kabuki. Join us and get ready for JapanFest!

We would like to see you all perform your own Haikus. Our topic is "Summer Festival" (we would love to hear your poems about JapanFest!)

But this is a time for you all to shine on stage and immerse yourself in Japanese culture. Share your poem in front of people who love Japanese culture, and listen to other amazing poems. Take the mic and show us how amazing 17 syllables can be!
