Louise's Catering was honored to be caterer at the wedding of Haylee and Jake which was held at The Collins Family Barn in Cobbtown.
Their guest feasted on appetizers of Shrimp 'n Grits and Charcuterie cups with assorted wine and beer. The entrée consisted of their choice of grilled pork loin, spinach and cheese stuffed pork loin or fried chicken tenders. The veggies were bacon wrapped green beans and creamy mac and cheese. Italian salad was offered as was an elegant mashed potato bar.

We have been blessed to serve our customers during this holiday season. Wedding rehearsal s Christmas parties and last night we were honored to serve The council of The City of Dublin and their guest. We started with a charcuterie board and then the meal of a green salad and then Prime Rib or Chicken Marsala with loaded mashed potatoes , crack green beans,rolls with tea ,water or coffee. They finished the meal with a choice of black forest cheese cake or Italian cream cheese cake. Thanks to my crew who did a fabulous job and to Pam Walker for her beautiful set up which I had so many compliments on.

What a great night to joins two hearts and souls together. Louise's Catering was honored to be selected as their caterer for their special night. We had a beautiful venue at Doe Lee Pecan Grove where the guest feasted on Smoked meat tray consisting of Top Sirloin, Turkey breast and Ham. Fried chicken tenders rounded out the meat selection. Loaded mashed potatoes, fresh greens beans wrapped in bacon and yeast roll. Peach cheesecake was a special treat for the bride. Lemonade, Iced tea and water.
Appetizers served during Happy hour consisted of Fresh fruits, dill pickle roll ups, dried beef dip and assorted crackers.

It was a cool night for a great rehearsal dinner for Benji Giddens and Leslie Davis. Our hearts were warmed when we witnessed the love in this group who gathered to celebrate the union on Saturday of this couple. Louise's Catering was honored to cater the meal of Shrimp and Grits, Filet Mignon, Twice Baked Potatoes, Roasted Asparagus, Green Beans, Fresh bread, and an assortment of cakes; Cheese cake, Red Velvet, German Chocolate, 14 layer Chocolate, and Coconut. We had a great time, thanks again for choosing Louise's Catering.

Spent the afternoon in Louise's Catering kitchen making preparations for our first major event since COVID last year. We have been booked for a beautiful wedding rehearsal dinner on Friday in Ocilla. It will be a outside farm dinner in a beautiful open barn. We are looking forward to a busy summer.

While 2020 has brought many changes in our lives we are praying for a better 2021. Louise's Catering has began to take bookings for next year. We are booked for May and just booked another event for April. We like everyone else are so ready for our lives to get back to some normalcy and that means for Louise's Catering lots of planning and cooking. It is not everyday one gets to celebrate a 90th birthday. On Saturday, February 22nd we did!!! Happy birthday Annis Dominey. We thank your family for choosing Louise’s Catering for this special event!

We had a great Valentine's night celebrating the uniting of Kate and Will Routh. The pictures are a beautiful display of the beauty of the night but the real beauty was hearing their friends and relatives talk of what this couple has meant to them in their lives. To hear them say that they had prayed over them and their relationship with God brought warmth to this caterer's heart. I am confident that God has paved the road with great things for their future.
A special thanks to my crew who made Louise's catering shine. Sandy Walker Bennett who created the beautiful landscape on the tables with the assistance of Cassie Spoon and Cheyenne Brown.
Ethel Ann Dixon and Vickie was in the kitchen assisting me in the food preparation.
My husband Frank Abney and his assistant Efrain Martinez was the backbone who made sure that everything was done for both crews.
We had a long long day but at the end it was a Great night. Thanks to Billy and Cathy Routh who trusted us with this event.

A Valentine’s evening rehearsal dinner event at Pine Knoll Farm near Appling, Georgia. During Cocktail Hour guests enjoyed delicious appetizers. The served meal began with a mixed green Italian Salad topped with Louise’s House Dressing. Guests had a choice of chicken cordon bleu or prime rib. Creamy loaded mashed potatoes, roasted asparagus, and buttered yeast rolls completed the entree’s. New York Cheese Cake atop a swirl of chocolate syrup with assorted chocolate covered strawberries was served for dessert. An array of beverages complemented the meal. Louise’s staff wishes Will and Kate a lifetime of happiness!!! Thank you Billy and Cathy for choosing Louise’s Catering.
