What a party! It was so enjoyable planning Marina’a Brazilian Themed Birthday with the Most Wonderful Host! The Ideas Starting Flowing and a Perfect Party was Created! The Birthday Girl, set the Tone with the Flowers from her Country and alGreat Music to Dance the Night Away! We Created a Special Brazilian Themed Menu with our Version of Passed Mini Bites such as a Feijoada, Pao de Queijo Rolls and Pastel de Queijo…. July’s Secret Garden Dinner at the was pure magic, golden hour cocktails, candlelit tables, beautiful blooms and bites that made time stand still. 💫

And guess what? We’re doing it again for the final summer evening in their beautiful Secret Garden. Join on August 21st for another dreamy night under the stars.

July’s curated menu:

Cocktail:
Watermelon Spicy Margarita (hello, summer in a glass).

Passed Bites:
• Grilled Cilantro Lime Prawns + Lemongrass Tomato Sauce
• Ham & Cheese Puffs
• Fig Canapés with Goat Cheese + Balsamic

Salad Course:
Butter Lettuce, Shaved Parmesan, Radish, Herby Vinaigrette + Grilled Sourdough

Dinner:
• Grilled Peach BBQ Chicken with Caramelized Peaches
• Corn Ceviche with Lime, Avocado, Basil + Heirloom Tomatoes

A dreamy corporate dinner at one of my favorite clients’ homes on the water in Darien. The setting? Unreal. The vibes? Impeccable. The menu? Let’s just say… perfection. 🥂
