If you haven’t heard about our All Star Program, here’s the scoop: it’s how we celebrate team members who go above and beyond to make Palmer’s a great place to work and shop. Anyone (managers, employees, even customers) can nominate a standout team member!

This month’s All Star? Kenya from the Bakery 🙌
Nominated by Dominic, Kenya went all-in for the 4th of July—prepping boxes early, double-checking orders on the holiday, and making sure every detail was spot-on before customers arrived. Her clear communication with the Deli team and strong follow-through helped set everyone up for success.
