What better way to celebrate National Hoagie Day than by introducing our newest chef-crafted offering: the Slow-Braised Short Rib & Gremolata Hoagie.

Featuring red wine-braised short rib, melted Gruyère, vibrant preserved lemon gremolata, and housemade chips, this fall-inspired creation brings together comfort food and sophistication in every bite.

One of my favorite childhood memories was waking up on Saturday mornings to the smell of coffee cake baking in the oven. Before cartoons, before chores, before the day really started, there was always a warm slice waiting on the kitchen counter.

This recipe has been a family favorite for years. My mom would make it on quiet weekend mornings, and somehow the smell of cinnamon and buttery streusel baking in the oven could get everyone out of bed faster than any alarm clock.

Despite its name, coffee cake doesn't actually contain coffee. It's simply the perfect companion to a fresh cup. With its tender cake, layers of cinnamon streusel, and crumbly topping, it's the kind of recipe that brings people together around the table.

Today, in honor of National Coffee Day, were sharing this family favorite and a little taste of those Saturday morning memories.
