Month-of coordination isn't just showing up on the day of your event. Here's what it actually includes:
✔ A full review of every vendor contract you've already signed
✔ Building your detailed day-of timeline (down to the minute)
✔ Taking over all vendor communication in the final weeks
✔ A venue walk-through before the big day
✔ Being your point person for every single thing that comes up on the day itself
