✨ You booked Day of Coordination. Now what?

Once your contract is signed, you can get back to enjoying your engagement and continue planning your wedding. We won’t jump into the planning process right away because you’ve got this!

About 5 weeks before your wedding, we’ll officially take it from there.

Here’s what happens next:

🤍 We’ll send you our detailed planning questionnaire so you can share everything you’ve planned.

📝 We’ll gather all of your details, including your timeline, vendor information, floor plan, family dynamics, special moments, décor plans, and more.

📂 We’ll organize every detail into one cohesive plan so nothing gets overlooked.

📅 We’ll schedule our final planning meeting to walk through your entire wedding day and make sure we’re ready to execute your vision.

💍 Then, on wedding day, we’re there to bring it all to life. We keep the day running on schedule, answer questions, troubleshoot behind the scenes, and make sure you, your family, and your wedding party can simply enjoy every moment.

You do the planning. We step in at the perfect time to organize it all and seamlessly execute everything you’ve worked so hard to create.

This is one of the things we hear most often from clients after their event.
