Summary
TXR Paintball is looking for individuals interested in working as a Paintball Referee. This is normally a weekend position, Friday evening and during the day on Saturday and Sunday. There are occasions when we have private groups during the week that you might be asked if you are available to work. That is also true for some Mondays during holiday weekends.

Our paintball referees are responsible for enforcing our field rules. While that is a major part of the position, providing excellent customer service and maintaining high customer satisfaction are also expected. In addition, keeping the field clean, maintaining the equipment, and resolving customer issues are also part of the role.

Normal Hours
Saturday and Sunday 8:30 - 5:30
Responsibilities
• Manage paintball games, keep order, explain/enforce rules
• Work with private paintball parties providing excellent customer service, explaining game guidelines and equipment usage, keeping the group on schedule, and making sure they have a good time.
• Guide main groups to one of the open event fields, explain the field rules, enforce safety regulations, call players out when they have been eliminated and keep the game on schedule
• Clean up the field and staging area at the end of the workday, picking up trash, emptying trash cans, retrieving all rental equipment left outside, and making sure the field is ready for play
• Wash and clean Paintball Markers, Paintball Goggles, and Paintball Vest. Place cleaned equipment in storage racks, available for the next day.
• Assist with maintaining and repair of equipment
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements
• Be available to work weekends during normal business hours
• Be physically healthy with the ability to sprint to players needing assistance on the field as well as carry 40 lbs of equipment to field locations.
• Be intelligent, punctual, enjoy working with people, articulate, and possess excellent customer service skills
• Be neat, clean, and well-groomed; keeping your uniform clean as well
• More than anything else have a strong sense of personal responsibility, excellent work ethic, and positive attitude
• Minimum work age is 16

We are hiring an individual to work as a paintball Marker Technician in our rental room when we are open on weekends. This is a heavy customer service role, working with our staff and customers to make sure all of our rental equipment is in top working condition. This is a perfect position for someone wanting part time weekend work.

Responsibilities

TXR Paintball is excited about the Grand Theft Auto 2.0 event this weekend and the release of our new Area of Operation Scenario Format. The new event and storyline will be a 2-day event with the field map being in 3 areas of Operations, this will bring more intense scenario action. Each day there will be 3 areas of operations to complete, with many discovery missions and props.
Due to the intensity of the event battles and the high temperature there are stand down points during the event that is set as a rest and reload time.
You need to check the event schedule for the rest and reload times.
