We are a family owned & operated catering business, located in Houston, Texas! We can fulfill all your catering needs, large or small! Our mission is to provide great food made at a great price, all while providing a customized menu for any occasion. We take great pride in offering services you would not find with most restaurants or caterers. We want to take your catering experience to the next l

evel by letting you tell us what you want vs giving you a small list of food options. Very often I am asked what type of food do I specialize in? My standard response is "The food people dream about!"

JBistro Style Catering was established on October 18th, 2010 by Chef Jenn. I was working a job I wasn't excited about and a coworker was hosting a small party. This party was a few vendors selling their products out of her home. So I offered to provide appetizers and drinks for all her vendors and the guests. That day was the best day (Thank you Shanna), and the start of my new life endeavor! A few months after the party our company did some lay-offs, which included me. That's when I decided to put everything into JBistro Style, and soon-there-after, I had small and large events all from word of mouth and friends. Since 2010 we have grown slowly, but surely and I have GREAT expectations for JBistro Style! JBistro Style feels very strongly about molding and developing young minds. We love to encourage kids of all ages to get into the kitchen! We offer Kids "R" Kookin classes at a very reasonable price. Our classes teach kitchen responsibility, creativity, and most important respect. Do you have a little one that loves to help? JBistro's motto for every kid is "I wonder if..." If they can dream it, they can do it! We also offer Kids "R" Kookin birthday parties.

Yesterday was a rough one but we pulled it off (as usual)! Kevin Mason, myself and our one superstar crew member Tuan perfectly executed the fashion show party. We started with tempura gem bean fries and Edamame hummus with crispy fried wonton chips. For dinner they enjoyed Ahi tuna poke, and crispy salmon poke, steak & shrimp skewers, teriyaki chicken skewers and veggie fried rice.

And Erin Boyle killed it for JBistro Style Chef Services at Katy Sip 'n Stroll. Serving up the famous spinach artichoke & bacon dip with Cumin Dusted Tortilla Chips.
