Last night we served a spicy chicken walking taco with a Serrano -tequila infused slaw.
We slow cooked the chicken with lime,pepper, cumin, garlic etc… we sliced some fresh cabbage, cilantro, red onion and tossed them with agave, tequila infused Serranos and ground jalapeño chili powder . We served this on fresh made cumin dusted tortilla chips. It was nice to see everyone and hope to see you guys at .

My name is Kevin Mason. I am the Owner and Executive Chef of Mason’s Creative Catering. I was born and raised in Houston and lived in New Orleans for ten years working with other talented chefs to bring the big bold Texas style cooking to New Orleans flavor and spice. We customize menus for every client because we believe each item on a menu should reflect the clients style, embody the purpose for the gathering, and excite guests As a full service catering company we cater to all special occasions including wedding , parties , birthday parties and beyond We have committed professional coordinators that will help throughout every stage of your event.
