Last night we served a spicy chicken walking taco with a Serrano -tequila infused slaw.
We slow cooked the chicken with lime,pepper, cumin, garlic etc… we sliced some fresh cabbage, cilantro, red onion and tossed them with agave, tequila infused Serranos and ground jalapeño chili powder . We served this on fresh made cumin dusted tortilla chips. It was nice to see everyone and hope to see you guys at .

Wedding time in Galveston. My partner of sets up cocktail hour. Bartends the wedding with my wife and 'stays to bartend until the end . Even though she had a breakfast to cater the next morning. Don't hate me GOD sent me a friend like this. He did the same for you but you may have missed it. Keep your eyes open and focus on what's in front of you.
